Hi, I'm Glenn.

I'm a Wellbeing & Performance Coach with a background in Powerlifting, CrossFit, and HYROX. I've competed in all three, ran marathons, and done most of it whilst running a business and being a Dad.

Before coaching, I spent years in corporate Learning and Development, working with senior leaders across Europe. Which sounds impressive until you factor in that I was commuting to London three times a week from the North of England and regularly disappearing to glamorous locations like Florence, Paris, and Swindon.
